I am a Jesus pusher!!! Then He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19). Jesus was determined to win the world. He received this focus from His Father, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16). A Christian is filled with the nature of God; would not this same passion be expected?
When do I have the right to exclude someone from the witness? When do the circumstances become such that I have an excuse for not demonstrating Him? When does the other person say the words or do the thing exempting me from giving them Jesus? When does the other person have the color of skin or economic status creating a barrier not allowing Jesus to be seen in me? If you can turn the demonstration on or off, then you have ample evidence to know it is not His demonstration, but your own! Certainly He is not in control.
I am brought again to my knees in absolute submission to Him. Oh, for my life to be a demonstration of His person because He comes to live through me. Oh, for this demonstration to be so consistent, it will cover my entire world at all times. I am a Jesus pusher!!!
