I am a Jesus pusher!!! “Blessed are the pure in heart” (Matthew 5:8). There is a radical difference between having and being! God never gave up who He is (love) but emptied Himself of all He had, omnipresence, omniscience, and omnipotence were all surrendered. This is Jesus! It is amazing news. However, brace yourself for an additional startling reality. God invites you into His heart. He is not inviting you to possess what He has; He wants you to be a part of who He is. He wants to share His heart with you. It is a pure heart. We have many attributes as a natural part of our humanity, stupidity, human limitations, weakness, insufficiencies, and many others. There are many things we have as a result of the Fall, damaged emotions, sickness, misunderstandings, and many more shortcomings. We have these things: but what if who we are could be filled with Him? Could His heart dominate us? Is it possible for my helplessness to join His unlimited loving heart? All that I have can come under the control of all that I am in Him. My human limitations, weaknesses, damaged emotions, misunderstandings, and many more will be controlled by the single motive of His love.
Congratulations! You have a pure heart. Jesus marvelously pulls you into Himself until you are one with His heart. You are the demonstration of how He feels. You are driven with one motive and desire. You have perfect love. Congratulations! No wonder I am a Jesus pusher!!!
