I am a Jesus Pusher! God, the Father, did not send His Son for condemnation and judgment. Jesus said, “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved” (John 3:17). That does not mean there is no condemnation; however, Jesus does not contain condemnation. Jesus continued, “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil” (John 3:18-19). Although condemnation is present, it is not the positive plan of God. Sin contains its own condemnation and brings about its own destruction. God sends us nothing but the positive!
Jesus did not come to judge the world. Listen to His words. “And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world” (John 12:47). However, His coming into the world means judgment. He said, “He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him — the word that I have spoken will judge him in the last day” (John 12:48). With the coming of light, those who love darkness reject it. Jesus came to attest to the truth. “Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice” (John 18:37). Not to hear His voice is to reject the Word. If we reject the Word, we reject who He is! God judges us by such rejection. Embrace the positive heart of God, Jesus! I am a Jesus Pusher!
